The following states that this problem was not corrected and was the result of a complaint.  This situation in the Clifton Jimmy Johns was allowed to go on for months:

The following states that problems were corrected, but I can assure you that it is the daily norm at the Clifton Jimmy Johns.  The following violations were not the result of a complaint but as part of the normal inspection process followed admirably by the Cincinnati Health Department  (9 TOTAL VIOLATIONS ) :

Amazingly, this is the normal state of affairs of the condition of the Clifton Jimmy Johns.  If you value your health, avoid the Clifton Jimmy Johns in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Remember, no one is making sure the Clifton Jimmy Johns is being kept clean and healthy.

UPDATE:  Recently, the Board of Health returned to the Clifton Jimmy Johns.  The repair to the sink was successfully completed, due to the fact that they would be fined and possibly closed down if they had not repaired the water.  Jimmy Johns only does repairs and spends money when forced to, not out of a duty to their customers.
